Taos with Pat Milbery

This is, to date, the best day of snowboarding I have ever had. Even though I wasn't really snowboarding.

First, my kids (my son, Liam 4, and my daughter, Ellerie 2) loved skiing. I was just stoked that they were having so much fun on the snow. They just wanted to race each other the whole hour. Ellerie didn't want to stop. That was rad!

My good friend Drew from Warehouse 508 (NMX Sports) invited me up to shoot the Next Level Camp he had put together in Taos. The coaches were Erich Dummer, Pat Milbery, and Reed Silberman.

These pro riders came down to New Mexico to teach a dozen kids how to take it the next level. This is huge! I'm so stoked for the kids and the snowboard community in little ol' NM that this went down. I wish there was something like this when I was a kid.

Thanks to the coaches. We really appreciate your time!
Hope to see you next season.

Another trip to Taos

I went on a little solo trip to Taos this past weekend. The goal was to get some nice scenic photos that Taos Ski Valley could use. I hiked the ridge as soon as I got there. It's so epic hiking up there. The views are so rad and the air is thin, 12,000'+. I got some shots, dropped a little ridge and took a run down to the chair. On the next run I ran into my good friend Drew who runs NMX Sport ( and we took some runs. I needed some shots of the park, so we did a couple laps and got a couple shots. All in all, another great day at TSV.
